Green Tyres Pvt. Ltd. aims to cater to the underserved, dynamic tyre market of Nepal. We offer products designed especially for climatic and usage conditions of Nepal.We aim to satisfy consumer demands and to surpass their expectations. We have used the latest machines and technology for this project.
Green Tyre Pvt. Ltd., is established in Kathari, Morang, boasts about being the first private tyre manufacturing facility in Nepal. We are an ISO 9001-2015 certified company.
The company will manufacture Motorcycle tyres, three wheeler tyres and Tractor tyres in the first phase of production. The production capacity is around 200,000 (two lakhs) tyre per year, which we intend increasing to around 6 lakhs by 2025.
We have taken special consideration of labour welfare, CSR- free education to children, controlled consumption of electricity and Zero waste.
We currently cater to 2 main segments with two different brands respectively.
“Delta Tyres” caters to 2-3 wheeler segments, having more than 25 sizes in all categories.
“Sherpa Tyres” caters to different kinds of agriculture related vehicles.
Warranted against all manufacturing defects
These tyres are warranted against all manufacturing defect. The quality of the tyres is tested with the best machines and on-road trials and testing done keeping in mind Nepal’s unique topography.
